Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Zysho. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To start a return, email us at zysho.co.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? You can exchange eligible items within the same 7-day window.

  • Email us at zysho.co.in@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zysho.co.in@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.


⚠️ IMPORTANT: IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM

  • Zysho is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages once they have been shipped.

  • However, if you do not receive your item, please contact us immediately at zysho.co.in@gmail.com, and we will assist you at the earliest to track or resolve the issue.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like innerwear, accessories, or sale items) cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.
