1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, email us at zysho.co.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? You can exchange eligible items within the same 7-day window.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at zysho.co.in@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like innerwear, accessories, or sale items) cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective.
